Job Summary: This role will provide end to end procurement support on a range of complex procurement activities, playing a key role for support and delivery of procurement sourcing strategies within the designated categories of expenditure.
What’s On Your Plate?
Working closely with Procurement & Finance team and local suppliers to procure the correct riders kit and other equipment as per company requirement.
Sourcing riders kit and equipment from multiple sources at competitive prices.
Responding to all procurement and supply enquiries regularly via all communication channels, including in person.
Negotiate with supplier for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Raising purchase orders for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
Execute appropriate procurement processes and policies are in place
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Procurement Manager
Job Specification
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
2-3 years’ Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
Strong analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and precise attention to detail
Ability to work with management and staff at all levels
