We are looking for a reliable Business Admin. Specialist that will undertake administrative and business management tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, and must self-motivated and trustworthy.

Main Task and Responsibilities
  • Handle Administrative tasks in the Amman office
  • Must assure that the employees adhere to the company policies and procedures
  • Assisting in handling all government-related / government compliance policies amp; procedures in Jordan
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Assist payroll management by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary in coordination with Business Management unit
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Keep the People Operations unit aligned with all vacations amp; governmental holidays in Jordan

Requirements

  • BS / BA in Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in HR and administrations of Office management system
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both English. Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
