Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Project through all phases Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling amp; Closing.
- Act as a focal point of communication between all stakeholders.
- Define risks and issues early on in the project and throughout project life cycle.
- Define critical success factors and deliverable of the project.
- Proper implementation of methodology in a rationale manner. Use of common sense.
- Plan project activities, deliverable amp; risk responses, in coordination with the project stakeholders.
- Control project scope, budget, stakeholders amp; duration through execution amp; up to closure.
- Determine variations from plan amp; take corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify Risks early on in project amp; plan project execution accounting for occurrences of defined risks and easy adaptation to new ones.
- Iteratively check occurrence of identified risks amp; new ones.
- Define Acceptance Criteria amp; achieve Customer buy in.
- Set Clear Lines of communication amp; reporting mechanism with stakeholders involved in Project.
- Completion of project on time, within budget, and at an acceptable level of quality.
- Ensure proper archiving of project records, documents amp; deliverables for later retrieval.
- Prepare and present projects status regularly.
- Build the culture of Digital transformation between the employees through showing the value of it and encourage the needed mindset
Lead the Internal Automation load with internal software team and functions leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or any field related to IT
- 5 to 7 years of a mix experience between software delivery and Project Management
- Experience managing Software projects.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and manage ambiguity.
- self-discipline with the ability to work with minimum of instruction.
- Self- motivated to develop professional/career skills.
- Organized, result oriented and good in follow up.
- Experience in Agile project Management Methodology is a plus.
- PMP certificate is preferred.
- Excellent command of both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
