Job Description

Job Brief:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the sales team i.e. promoting and selling Umniah’s products and services. Also, responsible for seeking the best sales techniques or procedures to achieve and exceed sales targets, and increase customer satisfaction by providing a high-level service to the customers, fulfilling their various needs, and reducing the churn lines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise acquiring, retaining, and growing the SMEs portfolio through various communication channels while ensuring high-level of collaboration with different departments.
  • Manage the administrational operations of the team members.
  • Increase SMEs retention base (lines amp; revenues) and manage the SLA process.
  • Manage customers’ retention rates and maintain long-term relationships while ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Seek and introduce new selling techniques/ procedures to achieve and exceed SMEs sales targets.
  • Manage the SMEs telesales team to generate sales leads.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with new and existing team members.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure maintaining an up-to-date database.
  • Prepare frequent and ad-hoc reports on a timely basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.


Leadership/Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage subordinates’ learning amp; development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.
  • Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.
  • Manage subordinates' administrational requirements.
  • Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.
  • Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy
  • Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

Technical Skills amp; Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services.
  • Excellent knowledge of smart phones’ settings and applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of various selling techniques (direct sales amp; telesales).
  • Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Working Environment: 60% Field
