Lead Software Engineer

The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining, updating, and improving applications, APIs, microservices and systems that our business depends on, work closely with product owners, business teams, and data analysts with a focus on new feature design and prototyping, ensure designs are in compliance with specifications, review architecture and oversee development efforts, read the release process and support output during and post-delivery, approve final packages to ensure systems adhere to the organization policies, practices and data standards, draft standards document and procedures, Monitor and enforce team output and make sure it adheres to the development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (or above) in Computer Science, software engineering or any related field
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Experience collaborating on software projects with design and backend aspects
• Agile amp; continuous integration
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Review and supervise team members
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, React, React Native, NodeJS, Kotlin, PHP , JAVA , Python
• In-depth knowledge in web services APIs (REST, soap, etc.)
• Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
