Job Description

Job Brief:

Responsible for going door-to-door to promote, up-sell and cross-sell Umniah’s products and services through direct sales channels. and or services. Also, responsible for identifying new markets and customer leads, pitch prospective customers, and complete the required paperwork. In addition to maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to promote Umniah’s new /existing product and services using redefined scripts.
  • Enter call type coding, customer data, and tracking information accurately and ensure maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Umniah’s products and services in order to meet customers’ expectations and reply to their inquiries.
  • Handle customers in a professional and efficient manner taking into consideration the objectives and KPIs.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Umniah’s products and services through advising customers on other products and services offered by Umniah to fulfill their requests and needs.
  • Achieve sales target by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining long-term relationships with the clients, understanding and focusing on the needs of the clients and anticipating them in advance.
  • Prepare frequent and ad-hoc reports .
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.


Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in any related field. Candidates with a Diploma Degree are also accepted with 2 years of sales experience.

Level of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related function.

Technical Skills amp; Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of various selling techniques (direct sales amp; telesales)
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
  • Good command of computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of smart phones’ settings and applications
  • Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Good command of problem solving techniques

Working Environment : 80 % in the field.
