Implementation:
- Install new products and apply performance and security procedures. Supervise the migration of existing solutions and apply needed updates.
- Complete configuration and upgrading based on design and specifications according to STS business and technical requirements. Supervise the administration of systems to ensure availability of services to authorized users.
- Align with STS business requirements and transform this to IT related technologies and implementations.
Testing, Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete integration and test the applications and systems.
- Prepare full documentation of the implemented products and software.
- Provide timely status reports to IT manager. Regular updates to STS IT related documents
Technical Assistance and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by STS employees by providing the proper support.
- Maintain applications, operating systems and perform various preventative maintenance tasks for STS IT Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide the maximum value to STS.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or relative IT field
- 8+ years of experience in IT
- Very good experience with: - Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Azure AD - Microsoft Exchange server and Exchange on-line - Microsoft 365 Solution - Azure Information Protection and Advanced Threat protection - Microsoft Hyper-V configuration and maintenance - Network setup: IP addressing, VLANs and firewalls concept
- Excellent command of both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
