Job Description

- Account Management and Customer Relationship:

  • Follow up on a number of accounts in terms of:
  • Addressing customer requirements.
  • Follow up calls and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up the sales efforts of the various concerned business units to ensure that offers are made to the client on time and within requirements.
  • Post-sales service.
  • Document all potential opportunities on CRM system and update them on daily basis.

- Build and strengthen the relationship with and trust from the client and increases STS product presence at client site:

  • Build relationships with key employees in the sector and IT departments.
  • Learn about all STS solutions and/or products offered.
  • Try to maximize STS penetration into the account.
  • Promote and sell multiple STS solutions to the account.
  • Regular meetings with clients/accounts.

- Know the client and the client IT environment and needs:

  • Know and understand the client business environment in terms of timing, key priorities, budgets, decision making process, etc.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information re competitive products within the account and promote STS substitutes to the client.
  • Gather and analyze information on client IT needs and promote STS products to meet client need.

- Liaise and provide communication between STS sales staff and the client:

  • Introduce relevant sales staff to the client.
  • Arrange for presentations by relevant sales staff to the client.
  • Provide BUMs with sales leads and tips for relevant accounts.

- Follow up with customers and help the collection team with pending payments.

- Make recommendations:

  • Make recommendations on new trends.
  • Make recommendations on marketing and selling strategies for selling STS products and solutions within the Industry (product bundling, presentation, positioning).

- Weekly Reports:

  • Provide the sector lead and product managers with status reports on business opportunities (Accurate forecasts and pipeline).

- Marketing Activities:

  • Work and coordinate with Marketing on event preparation and execution.
  • Prepare relevant material for events.
  • Arrange for guest speakers at events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or any IT related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in selling technical products, solutions and/or services.
  • Solid experience with CRM software.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
