Job Description

Job Brief :

Responsible for the examination of the business functions of the organization to ascertain the probable areas of fraud. Also, responsible for analysing the investigation findings that will help to avoid the fraudulent issues from the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities
  • Perform regular controls check-ups on segregation of duties relating to authorization, custody of assets and recording or reporting of transactions
  • Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve potentially significant fraud
  • Investigate system misuse, response capabilities and maintain system logs for an adequate period to perform investigations

  • Perform product review to identify any vulnerabilities (data analysis and data extraction) using SQL
  • Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve potentially significant fraud
  • Investigate and report fraud cases related to commercial manual operations
  • Request periodic reports of any fraud or unethical conduct if needed, perform fraud investigations, and submit reports to the concerned parties
  • Automate, update, and enhance the fraud management processes in addition to implementing preventive measures to avoid any future fraudulent issues

Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Information System (CIS), Telecommunication Engineering, or any other related field.

Certifications amp; Licensure :

Essential:

  • Fraud Management Essentials Certification (TM Forum, CFCA)
  • Business Analysis Certification

Tools amp; Systems :

Essential:

  • SQL tool
  • PLSQL tool
  • Programming tools
  • CRM
  • CBS
  • VMS
  • POS

Technical Skills amp; Knowledge :

Essential:

  • Excellent knowledge of Telecommunication industry
  • Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent command of technical reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards, and accounting regulations
  • Good knowledge of finance assessment and strategy, financial analysis and evaluation
  • Excellent knowledge of risk management, risk measurement, risk assessment techniques
  • Excellent command of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of communication skills both verbal and written
