Job Description

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a motivational and inspirational work environment for all employees in line with HR policies, procedures and best practices and local labor laws in order to support the achievement of the company goals and objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building good relationships with all managers and staff at all levels by developing a thorough understanding of our culture, organizational structure and talent.
  • Advisor/coach to managers in resolving employee relations, performance, staffing related issues in accordance to the company policy and procedures as well as local labor law.
  • Manage the Performance Review process and ensuring all goals are updated on the HR system.
  • Assisting line managers in delivering meaningful feedback and evaluating appropriate promotion and increasing recommendations based on performance.
  • Creating a team environment that facilitates mutual respect and partnership and open lines of communication between team members in line with our values.
  • Working with the management to determine training needs based on individual developmental needs as determined by the performance review process.
  • Ensure all Day-to-day administration including issuing employment contracts, maintenance of employee files is maintained accurately and correctly.
  • Prepare monthly payroll instructions in conjunction with finance.
  • Conduct first round of interviews with the line managers.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in the HR field

Experience

  • 5+ years in an HR function required; with at least 2 years of People management experience.

Knowledge

  • Conflict management.
  • Managing diversity.

  • Ability to create relationships with all levels up to and including local senior management.
  • Presentation Skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Full understanding of Jordan Labor law.
