Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager for MENA to join our marketing team and work closely with our Jordan office in order to promote our brand and grow within the region. You are welcomed to join us in our Jordan or Cyprus office.


The main responsibility for this position is to ensure the execution of the following functions within the MENA region:

  • Prospecting new media buying amp; affiliate partners.
  • Managing media buying partnerships with websites (lead generation amp; branding).
  • Researching and updating company information on local public directories and profiles.
  • Preparing competitors marketing analysis.
  • Supporting and guiding the global marketing team for localization (and translation) of campaigns and messages for the region.
  • Supporting partnership department and helping expansion within the region.
  • Supporting other marketing departments or on the ground activities (radio, TV, print, out-of-door promotions, expos, seminars etc)
  • Liaising with Jordan Admirals office team.
  • Analyzing marketing data in order to report actionable insights for the region.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing 4+ years
  • Basic knowledge of all online areas (PR amp; Social Media, PPC amp; SEO, media buying).
  • Excellent verbal and written command of Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha).
  • Fluent English, any other language is a plus
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills (building easy understandable reports amp; presentations)
  • Proactiveness and let's do it attitude

Supplementary skills:

  • Experience in work with freelance agents and remote employees.
  • Working under tight deadlines.
  • Critical and assertive thinking.
  • Negotiations and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a financial/trading company is a plus.
  • JIRA/Tableau/Google Analytics/Similarweb/Power BI tools experience would be a plus.
  • Basic understanding of legal documents.
