We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Professional to join our team. As a Senior HR Professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our organization's goals and foster a positive work environment. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our HR department and the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
- Design and implement effective employee retention programs to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Lead and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up to date.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance HR processes and policies.
- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior HR role, experience in Startup is plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable
