Job Description

About The Role Hi all! We are looking for a People Success Specialist to join our People team, in Amman branch, to help new employees adjust well to our work environment. As a People Success Specialist, you will are expected to empower our colleagues in Jordan- 40+ people - as well as Kuwait team 20+, and facilitate the day-to-day work life. You will take care of new colleagues onboarding, and provide support during their entire lifecycle, including managing as benefits execution, data integrity and HRIS, office and tools, travel requests, payroll and more!

If you have an HR background, knowledge of labor legislation and a flair for interacting with people, hop on and #apply_now! Main tasks and responsibilities - Onboarding: own and constantly improve pre boarding and onboarding experiences and processes including delivery of onboarding sessions, tools handover, contracts signing, office and accounts preparations, paper work and more - Off boarding: manage exist process, resignation management, legal paperwork, financial procedures, i final payouts, severance packages, and benefits, company assets and property, exit interview participation and finalise employee departure - Benefits management: health insurance, office events, vacations, leaves tracking...etc. - Payroll: manage monthly payroll process on time, with zero errors, and 100% compliance with labor laws and social insurance - Be the first point of contact for new employees and be able to address any issues or queries in a timely and friendly manner - Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor law regulations.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role

- Payroll management and social security experience

- Demonstrated experience in labor laws in Jordan.- regional experience is a plus

- Outstanding communication and organisational skills as well as a high attention to detail

- An open and welcoming personality, you’re someone upbeat and positive to be around

- A mindset of ‘employees are our customers’ is highly needed

- Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions and enjoy educating

- Bilingual is a must - English and Arabic

- Tech savvy and familiar with using different collaborative platforms such as slack, onboarding programs and HRMS systems is a plus

- a tech/SaaS industry background is a plus
