Job Description
Startupbootcamp (Rainmaking Company) is hiring an Operations Manager to manage the accelerator program based in Amman, Jordan. The program is backed by leading institutions in Jordan, KSA, and Jordan.
As the Operations Manager of the accelerator, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the program, by organizing workshop sessions, driving engagement between the startups and the partners of the program, and continuing to build and strengthen the program’s position in the market.
We’re looking for someone who ticks as many of the following boxes as possible:

- You have 2-5 years of experience working with startups, growth companies and/or in the corporate world. Preferably a mix of both startup and corporate experience.
- Have experience speaking, sourcing, and scouting startups.
- Have experience in operating startup programs.
- You have experience running programs such as accelerators, corporate incubators, innovation programs or startup challenges.
- You are organized, action- and service-oriented.
- You are a self-starter with a focus on execution and speed.
- You have developed networking and communication skills.
- You have excellent business development skills and a high degree of commercial understanding and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent written amp; spoken English and Arabic.

Requirements
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Performing administrative tasks
- Assisting with employee training and coordinating with clients.
- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
