Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Develop collaboration with suppliers in line with company objectives.
  • Deliver reports on purchases, supplier performances to the company's management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, senior management amp; decision makers to share information, solve problems amp; to clarify management objectives.
  • Insure that negotiated prices, payments and delivery terms with suppliers are processed as agreements.
  • Confirm orders with suppliers, and ensure adequate processing, authorization and validation of information/ documentation.
  • Issuing purchase order through the system for suppliers.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • 0-3 years’ experience in Administration Field.
  • Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
