Job Brief

Responsible for planning and optimizing the network by analyzing network stats and solving customer complaints to enhance network coverage, capacity and quality to improve network KPIs and customer perception. The scope will cover both fixed and mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance 2G/3G/4G network performance
• Monitor and read all major KPIs and figure out the worst cells on daily basis for 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
• Handle and undertake network optimization and performance improvement tasks to achieve predefined key performance indicators for both 2G, 3G and 4G.
• Notify and evaluate the network coverage, quality and capacity requirements for every region/area and customer complaints to propose the required solutions
• Conduct drive tests regularly and analyze the results to enhance the network KPI’s
• Optimize network parameters by performing hardware changes and follow up with related divisions on software changes and updates
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints submitted from different sources like CRM, TRC, VIPetc respecting agreed SLAs
• Enhance deep indoor coverage by Identifying black spots in indoor areas, introducing appropriate solutions, and Allocate new needed indoor coverage solutions needed in new commercial and residential buildings
• Identify new sites/installation needs (coverage and capacity), following Umniah procedure and roles(S1, S2, S3, TSSR, SSV and initial optimization) taking into consideration TRC regulations

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a Related Field

Level of Experience : Basic Knowledge in Mobile Telecommunication or Any Related Field

Working Environment 50% Office\ 50% Field
