About Jeeny: Jeeny is a cutting-edge mobile application designed to revolutionize daily commuting and transportation. Our platform connects users with their preferred mode of transportation, offering an affordable, convenient, and flexible solution. Established in 2014 as Easy Taxi and revamped in 2016 as Jeeny, we are currently operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, with offices in key cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. Jeeny is a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA.

Responsibilities: As an Operations Officer at Jeeny, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our driver operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Addressing drivers' complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and a positive driver experience.
• Handling driver sign-ups and managing drivers' calls as needed, providing support and guidance to address concerns.
• Acquiring new Driver Leads to expand our network.
• Conducting comprehensive driver training and orientation programs, ensuring drivers are well-equipped with the necessary skills and information.
• Initiating welcoming calls to new drivers, fostering a sense of community and engagement within our driver network.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for effective driver management is a significant plus.
