Implementation:
- Install new products and apply performance and security procedures. Supervise the migration of existing solutions and apply needed updates.
- Complete configuration and upgrading based on design and specifications according to STS business and technical requirements. Supervise the administration of systems to ensure availability of services to authorized users.
- Align with STS business requirements and transform this to IT related technologies and implementations.
Testing, Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete integration and test the applications and systems.
- Prepare full documentation of the implemented products and software.
- Provide timely status reports to IT manager. Regular updates to STS IT related documents.
Technical Assistance and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by STS employees by providing the proper support.
- Maintain applications, operating systems and perform various preventative maintenance tasks for STS IT Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide the maximum value to STS.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or relative IT field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Good command of both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation)
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios
- Self-motivated
