Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive customer’s claims and log incidents into ticketing system.
- Follow-up on major accounts in terms of technical support, preventive maintenance, and proactive support service.
- Communicate with customers to have their feedback.
- Provide timely reports to supervisors and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HelpDesk.
- Good knowledge in Personal computers, servers and networking.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft products and 3rd party applications.
- Good command in both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation)
- Microsoft products knowledge.
- Ability to learn new Technologies.
- Self-motivated
