Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive customer’s claims and log incidents into ticketing system.
  • Follow-up on major accounts in terms of technical support, preventive maintenance, and proactive support service.
  • Communicate with customers to have their feedback.
  • Provide timely reports to supervisors and managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in HelpDesk.
  • Good knowledge in Personal computers, servers and networking.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft products and 3rd party applications.
  • Good command in both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation)
  • Microsoft products knowledge.
  • Ability to learn new Technologies.
  • Self-motivated
