As our Communications Manager, you'll be the architect of experiences that leave a lasting imprint on communities and drive business growth. What You Will Do

    • Develop and Execute Communication Calendar Aligned with Company Goals:
      • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive communication strategies that are closely aligned with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
      • Ensure that communication strategies are adaptable to changing market dynamics and business priorities.
    • Work Closely with the Marketing Team Across Markets:
      • Collaborate with marketing teams in various markets to synchronize communication calendars and maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across different regions.
      • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment to maximize the impact of marketing and communication efforts.
    • Monitor Competitive, Governmental, and Economic Landscapes and Create Compelling Campaign Angles:
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
      • Develop innovative and data-driven campaign angles that resonate with target audiences and set the brand apart from competitors.
    • Lead Brand and Executive-Level Communication Programs:
      • Take charge of both brand and executive-level communication programs, ensuring they effectively convey the company's vision, values, and strategic initiatives.
      • Coordinate with company leadership to align executive communication with overall branding efforts.
    • Monitor Brand Reputation, Analyze Sentiment, and Provide Insights:
      • Continuously monitor the brand's online and offline reputation, including social media channels and industry publications.
      • Utilize sentiment analysis and data analytics to generate actionable insights for improving brand perception and reputation.
    • Strategize, Plan, and Lead the Execution of Communication Initiatives:
      • Develop holistic communication initiatives that encompass creative storytelling, thought leadership campaigns, media relations, and innovative communication channels.
      • Lead the end-to-end execution of these initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate on Internal Communications and Employee Engagement:
      • Conduct comprehensive research to monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, government policies, and economic trends.
      • Identify emerging opportunities and challenges within these areas and translate findings into compelling campaign angles that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand from competitors.
    • Work with PR Agencies and Media Outlets for Thought Leadership:
      • Manage relationships with PR agencies and media outlets to strategically position the company as a thought leader in its industry.
      • Oversee the development of thought leadership pieces, op-eds, and corporate news releases for broader dissemination.
    • Craft Compelling, Bilingual Storytelling in Arabic and English:
      • Develop high-quality written content in both Arabic and English, effectively conveying the company's narrative and key messages.
      • Ensure that storytelling aligns with cultural nuances and resonates with diverse audiences in both languages.

What Are We Looking For

    • Bachelor Degree in Communication , Marketing or any related field.
    • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in corporate communications, public relations or any relevant experience.
