Requirements
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
· Participate and review requirements, specifications during sprint planning and provide any extra information or details in which will ensure test coverage.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bugs tracking.
· Conduct all types of testing [Smoke Test, Ad-hoc test, System test, Integration test..etc].
· Solid Experience in test plan and test cases and bug tracking tools.
· Solid Experience in API's testing using tools such as (Postman, Soap UI, Katalon).
· Solid Experience using SQL Queries.
· Solid knowledge in Test driven development principles.
· Solid Experience using JIRA.
· Solid Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
· Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
· Experience with Automation Testing Tools such as (selenium , Appium , Katalon).
Job Responsibilities:
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the team quality.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Collaborate with support and success management to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the requirements needs.
• Mentor and train team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Assign work to junior and mid-level QA engineers’ personnel and evaluate plus manages their performance.
• Support and develop juniors and mid-level QA engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
Education and Experience
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 4+ year’s Practical Experience in automation test development tools, Selenium is a plus.
• 5+ year’s Practical Experience in mobile app. testing (iOS/Android).
• 5+ year’s Practical Experience in creating and maintaining manual and automated tests
