A next-generation communication platform requires next-generation thinking, and that's why we are looking to hire an outstanding Product Manager to help bring the upcoming chapter of Maqsam to life.
Your Top Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Team on all product stages, from concept to launch.
- Draft and maintain clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure alignment between teams and successful product development.
- Liaise with all company departments to integrate and align product strategies.
- Use data analytics to guide product decisions and improve customer experience.
- Understand and promote Maqsam’s cloud communication features effectively.
- Contribute to develop a product strategy that supports Maqsam’s goals and market needs.
- Collect and prioritize customer feedback to guide development efforts.
- Keep updated on industry trends to ensure Maqsam's competitive edge.
We expect from you
- Previous B2B product management experience in SaaS or software development.
- Well-versed in various product management frameworks and principles.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong ability to collaborate closely with Software Engineers.
- Proficient in data analytics, especially SQL queries, for informed decision-making and innovation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
- A strong curiosity and an eagerness to learn and grow.
