As a Telesales Compliance Agent, you will ensure that all telesales activities adhere to relevant company policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you'll provide feedback on telesales performance, including call quality and meeting arrangements with clients. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with Sales Manager and Team Leads within the same team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Your role also involves liaising with other departments across the company, such as Sales and Sales Excellence, to streamline processes and ensure compliance across all sales-related functions.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Coordinate with the Telesales Manager and Telesales Team Leads within the same team to address compliance issues, provide guidance, and facilitate training sessions as needed;
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Head of Department regarding telesales performance, including call quality, adherence to scripts, and meeting arrangements with clients;
  • Monitor telesales calls and scripts to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to approved messaging standards;
  • Investigate and address any compliance issues or violations identified during monitoring activities, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions as necessary;
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including monitoring results, training sessions, and corrective measures implemented;
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Sales Excellence, to ensure alignment of telesales practices with broader company objectives and standards;
  • Participate in compliance audits and assessments, providing documentation and support as required;
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from management regarding telesales compliance matters;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance compliance effectiveness and efficiency as needed;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in telesales compliance for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 01 year of experience in Customer Support.
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or telesales (a plus).
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial qualities.
  • Patience and empathy.

Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess compliance performance;
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and compliance activities;
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions;
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Dedicated to staying updated on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
