Operations Engineer

• Maintain and operate the lifecycle of a large-scale web-application on linux-based datacenter.
• Identify operational problems by observing and studying the system functionalities, integrations and performance.
• Troubleshoot and report any operational issue throughout the software lifecycle phases.
• Provide engineering support.
• Dealing with different VCSs (namely GIT amp; SVN)
• Analyse different stacktraces from various log sources and report the problem to the responsible team accordingly.
• Proactive responsiveness is a must during the working hours.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in any of the IT related fields or junior Operations or Technical Support.
• Familiar with linux and bash scripting.
• Basic knowledge in Java amp; Python.
• Good communication skills.
• Common sense and general knowledge about the Computer Organization amp; Networking.
• Work under pressure.
• Good understanding of software lifecycle phases.
