Job Purpose:

Responsible for promoting Umniah products and services for related segments, and support company initiatives and activities when needed.

- We are looking for members to join us from Zarqa amp; Irbid governorates.

Responsibilities:

Work as prompters and representatives in Umniah events

• Be present in field in professional way to support in our events and act as main reference point for customers during the events.

Sell Umniah offers and services to designated segment

• Act as telesales/ telemarketing agents for certain campaigns.
• Sell Umniah products and services as per targets committing to sales cycle and procedures and hand .

Support in operational and reporting duties and other departments upon need

• Provide feedback on products/ services.
• Create focus groups to help in creating new offers or services.
• Support in creating monthly KPI’s and achievements reports.
• Maintain databases for different youth activities: members profiles, training's, performance records, assessment activities and others.
• Be available to support other departments needs upon request, and as per coordination with team leader.

Requirements

Education:undergraduates of any field - we are looking for university student

Work Environment: at least 50% of the work is field work.
