Content Team Leader

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented and highly motivated content team leader to join our team, you’ll be accountable and responsible for managing and leading the content team to create, edit, improve and maintain our digital contents in line with business requirements and priorities across all platforms (website, mobile apps).

Requirements

• Manage, Support and guide the content team to produce digital content on a daily basis.
• Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
• Responsible for data entry, organization and data integrity in CMs.
• Platforms localization, content translations, product support to deliver digital projects.
• Review, edit and proofread the current content and improve when necessary.
• Oversee and analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
• Working with the Sales, Ops ,Marketing teams to ensure projects delivery and performance.
• Providing support for the day-to-day management and undertake data management and analysis tasks.
• Optimize digital content according to SEO and our SOP's.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in any IT field.

Experience:

• 3+ years in a content management role.

Knowledge:

• Proven work experience with CMS , WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SEO guidelines and web traffic metrics.
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and online publishing tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
