The Role:

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for researching and defining desired target audiences. He/she will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining the content to achieve Bayut goals. Content must follow the company style guide and support the overall brand identity. He/she must have written and proofreading skills, as well as experience with search engine optimization.

Requirements

• Create, Edit, Improve , proofread, translate and review the content.
• Responsible for UAE Real estate industry and locality specific research.
• Providing support for the day-to-day management of the website
• Review / update the current content for quality.
• Uploading content on CMS system
• Work with other teams to produce content meets the aims and objectives of Bayut
• Understanding the importance of keywords and their application and ensuring that the provided keywords are being used in a natural way.
• Paying close attention to sentence structure, and preparing drafts based on the template provided.
• Coordinating with the SEO team to ensure content is 100% optimized and wait for their final approval.
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Taking care of brand guidelines (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Conducting thorough research using multiple but credible sources.
• Utilise industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.

• Proofreading content.
• Submitting work to manager for feedback and approval in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with SEO team to ensure content is 100% optimized and wait for their final approval.
• Understanding the importance of keywords and their application.
• Ensuring that the provided keywords are being used in a natural way.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in similar field.
• (01) year of experience, fresh graduates with content wroiting background are welcome to apply.

Knowledge:

• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic.
  
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Real estate industry and locality specific research.

Skills:

• Content management system knowledge is a plus.
