Your role at AUMET will include the following:
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, previous experience as a group leader role is a must
- Advanced experience of computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including advanced knowledge of EXCEL and SAP
- Proven ability to effectively work under pressure and within tight deadlines and high degree of flexibility
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
