IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of highly skilled teams who work closely with the customer stakeholders, software product development team and will be the link between our IT capacity and our customer's objectives. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and cutting-edge technologies in order to develop a solid background in the field of application development and business analysis for financial markets and banks.
Your main duties will be to:

• Gather the requirements and the specifications and documentation
• Propose solutions to optimize the efficiency of business processes
• Prepare the user manuals and training materials
• Maintain standard system configurations i.e. business rules or reference data
• Build the end-to-end scenarios for demo and training purposes
• Participate in testing activities

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant studies

• 2-7 years of experience
• Experience in Business amp; Functional Analysis and modelling using BPMN
• Understanding of markup languages (XML, XSD)
• Fluency in the English and Arabic Language
• Strong communication and presentation skills
