Job Description
Internship Brief:
Umniah is seeking for a motivated, handworker and creative interns to Join our Engineering Team, in order to provide technical support for MDS customers to maintain the customer service SLA, and network KPI’s and ensure customers’ satisfaction and optimum network and service availability.
It will be six months paid internship, which will offer an excellent opportunities for interns to develop professional and technical skills and to be able to work closely with experts in different fields.
We are looking for an interns to begin as soon as possible, only applicants who fits the requirements will move forward for the next step.
Requirements
Education: Telecommunications Engineering or any other related field to engineering.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of different cables installation and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and network devices
- Basic knowledge of in Cloud and IP telephony solutions and systems
- Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
- Basic knowledge of service activation tools and techniques over different platforms
- Good knowledge of transmission network planning: transmission network infrastructure and technologies
- Good command of English language both speaking and writing
- Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
