We are looking for a results-oriented ERP Business Analyst to collaborate with senior managers and field workers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our business modules, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

You will work with a small and talented team with a passion to build an automotive digital retailing for the Saudi Arabia market

Requirements

1. Support stakeholders by answering questions about the application and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
2. Support/Troubleshoot integrations between systems.
3. Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes.
4. Create and improve process and documentation.
5. Work with ERP Product Manager and stakeholders to gather requirements.
6. Analyze all current business functions to identify opportunities for system improvements.
7. Manage improvement features from conception to execution to ensure on time, and on budget.
8. Ensure user acceptance testing meets all department and cross-department requirements.
9. Perform time study to collect data post implementation to report improvements to senior management at the end of the project.
10. Conduct training needs analysis to meet business needs and assist in developing and providing training materials and standard operating procedures.
11. Monitor system changes and analyze impacts on business requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
2. At least 2 years experience as an ERP Business Analyst or Specialist in a related industry. Having experience in the automotive industry is a key advantage.
3. Having good business acumen and understanding accounting basics is a plus.
4. A background in project / product management, or a related field will be advantageous.
5. In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, workflow management and business processes.
6. Fast learning skill, and ability to handle work pressure.
7. Great organizational and time management skills.
8. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
