Your daily activities as (Junior Customer Support-Arabic Speaker) will be:

  • Control the pending applications and client support (Phone, Chat, Email).
  • Check website + TR content.
  • Content translations.
  • Request documents from the clients.
  • Resolve tasks from the Compliance department.
  • Test new features and services.
  • Retention.
  • Cross-sell.
  • Upsell.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Advanced use of modern computer software used for daily activities, such as Microsoft Office suite, CRM, Atlassian, JIRA, Skype, Meta Trader and others.
  • Willingness to work with clients.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must keep the reputation and confidential information of the Employer.
  • Ability to analyze and generalize.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good stress tolerance.
  • Age 20-30 years
  • Arabic language native
  • English language C1-C2 or native
  • Forex knowledge (good but not mandatory)
