• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Fluent in Arabic and English language
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Result-driven outgoing professional that can work Independently
• Self-motivated that can take initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
