As a Strategic Assistant for the CEO at Tamatem: you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, supporting the CEO in all aspects of their professional and personal life. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for participating in all meetings with the CEO, as well as following up on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and able to work independently
You will:
- Attend all meetings with the CEO and take detailed notes
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and travel itineraries
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support as needed
