Job Brief:
Responsible for leading the purchases for the assigned projects/requisitions, in addition to acting proactively to secure the requirements with the best value for money in alignment with the procurement policies and procedures and the identified SLAs to have the job done.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Handle all assigned purchase requisitions/projects and ensure compliance with the procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Ensure savings (reduction amp; avoidance) are achieved in most of the purchases.
- Suggest any development to enhance the request-to-procure cycle.
- Challenge the requestors and contribute in defining applicable and smart evaluation criteria.
- Assess vendors/suppliers' performance on regular and timely manner and communicate with the vendors/suppliers to enhance their performance where needed.
- Conduct sourcing exercise to introduce new vendors/suppliers.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Intermediate Experience in a related field
Certifications amp; Licensure:
Essential: CIPS (level 5) - Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply or any equivalent certification.
Desirable: CIPS (Level 6) - Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
