Job Brief:
- Prospect for new customers by going door-to-door in fiber and 4G/5G covered areas
- Migrate customers from Umniah broadband products to Umniah fiber in specific areas
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Close sales and complete necessary paperwork or electronic documentation
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Acquire, Migrate and Grow Fiber Base
- Develop a holistic view of the customer base to understand market trends and identify sales opportunities across the VIP accounts.
- Proactively identify new sales prospects and develop sales plans to close deals which profitably satisfy the customer’s business needs.
- Work with the broadband Marketing team to ensure that all product and service marketing campaigns are coordinated within and across the fiber coverage area to ensure maximum value is derived from any promotional activity
- Assist other sales executive in leads, strategies, negotiation and closing of deals
Achieve sales target:
- Prepare his/her pipeline through telesales
- Create solid sales plan that supports achieving sales target
- Conduct visits to prospects sales while following Umniah sales manual
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Respond promptly; when a client emails you or call you, acknowledge the receipt as quickly as possible
- Support customers’ problems by referring to the concern parties, follow up and update customer accordingly
- Listen to customer feedback and write notes to act on it accordingly
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in sales, telecom experience or IT background (preferred to be in fiber sales)
Knowledge of:
- Telecom knowledge
- Smartphones and handsets applications and settings
- Products amp; Services Knowledge: Umniah Products and Services (functionality, price, availability), Umniah packages (products included, price, availability), Subscription terms and conditions
- Market Knowledge: Umniah's Competition, Mobile Telecommunications Industry, Consumer behavior and consumer segments, Distribution channels, Local Culture
Skills In:
