Position Summary:
STS is looking for a highly skilled senior PHP developer with excellent knowledge in both backend and frontend development. The primary focus will be the development of the customer relationship management system and integrating it with other systems and platforms and ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend and front-end applications using PHP.
- Developing responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and develop features and modules for CRM applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development and implementation of web applications
- Interface with customer and internal teams to develop software solutions.
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules along with technical and process issues.
- Connect the application with the other (often third-party) web services.
- Develop and integrate plugins for certain popular frameworks.
- Take a client’s specifications and turn them into a workable, tangible product.
- Troubleshooting performance issues on application and database levels.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
- Mentor and train junior developers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer science, or CIS.
- 3-5 years of Experience in Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Experience in LAMP.
- Experience in building restful JSON web services.
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and Good English language.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Good command in both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation).
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
- Self-motivated.
- Eager to learn new technologies and skills.
